Earned a degree in Liberal Arts from New Saint Andrews College before completing a B.S. degree in Interdisciplinary Studies focused in Finance, as well as a Certificate in Financial Planning from Liberty University, attaining the CFP® designation in 2023. He is a Financial Advisor through CUSO Financial Services, L.P. (CFS), NASA Federal Credit Union's broker dealer, and maintains active Series 6, 7, 63, and 65 licenses. He began his career as a Financial Advisor in 2013 and joined the Investment Services team at NASA Federal Credit Union in 2016, working closely with CFS Program Manager Erdal Elmas, CFP® and became the Virtual Financial Advisor in 2020.
As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM** Kelly considers his obligation to act as a Fiduciary to be his highest priority in serving clients and members. He endeavors to educate, guide, and support clients all across the U.S. who wish to approach their finances with purpose. He enjoys utilizing cutting-edge analysis tools and a wide range of insurance and investment resources to develop and implement sound, personalized investment plans which help people accomplish their own individual goals. Kelly works out of San Diego, California as a dedicated Financial Advisor and is available for telephone consulations as well as face-to-face video appointments.
He is licensed in life and health insurance in Maryland, Virginia, the District of Columbia, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Vermont, Michigan, Georgia, and California. He is also licensed to conduct securities business in California, Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Texas.
